Oden Hughes, LLC is planning a third San Antonio property, the Austin Business Journal reports. The Austin-based developer will be building 312 apartments at the corner of Loop 1604 and US 281.
The community will be called Agora Palms Apartments and will be located in Stone Oak near recently constructed office and retail. It will comprise 18 acres and will include a resort-style pool, sundeck, fitness center, movie theater, dog park, and a dog washing station.
Agora Palms will have one to three bedroom apartments ranging in size from 587 to 1,700 square feet and expected rents range from $897 to $2,024.
Stone Oak has some of the most affluent renters in San Antonio and is in high demand by those wanting to enjoy the recent neighborhood services, including Trader Joe’s.
Oden Hughes’ other San Antonio properties are Landmark Grandview, which is currently in development at I-10 and Loop 1604, and Platinum Shavano Parks at 14811 Huebner Road, which sold last month.
