Audra, Audra, Audra! She is amazing. I filled out the online form on a Saturday and she called me about an hour after I submitted my info. She was thorough, kind and proactive. We communicated a lot throughout the week to discuss options she sent me based on my needs and preferences. She customized a dashboard on their website just for me, with properties for me to look through, specific information (that isn't always listed on the apartment's website) and pictures. We looked a few properties together and you can tell that office staff knows her and likes when she brings prospective tenants by. That says a lot. I learned that she's been in the apartment locator business for many years and was an apartment manager prior to that. She's lived in the SA area for long time. Needless to say, she's knowledgeable about properties and parent companies. Audra worked VERY HARD to get me a place that I was excited about living in and she will do the same for you.I was also impressed with the office, too. It's not pretentious or rude. Don't make the mistake I did, I should have came to them first before looking around for apartments on my own. It was great that I was able to schedule an appointment easily and quickly. Troi Aguirre was amazing and she really helped me into looking for what I wanted in an apartment. It was much more convenient to come in and talk about different rentals and prices as opposed to driving around town on my own and finding out information. My sis and I had been looking for apartments for over 5 months and had been denied once ONLY because of a few late rent payments from my previous apartment. Our credit isn't perfect either but not bad enough to be rejected either. However, lots of apartments nowadays are owned by big companies that expect you to have everything perfect and it can get really frustrating!Working with Courtney and apts now was the best idea ever. My experience with Apartments Now and Agent Audra Jones was Over and Beyond what I ever expected. The day of our meeting she had just received an emotional phone call. And clearly was shaken. I offered to reschedule for another day. I in fact insisted she go take care of what she needed to. But she insisted "No I have to do this for you today, You would be doing me a favor." And so we continued with the meeting. She even drove us to see a Beautiful property . Fast forward to 2018. I'm out looking at a property and the leasing agent says, she doesn't have any availability. But starts Raving about an agent who Specializes in Helping people find a place. Hands me a card and low and behold it's Audra. I laughed and said I know her already, she helped us before. She calls Audra and says my name and she laughs and says I remember her. Relocating itself is stressful enough; relocating while planning a wedding is something to avoid if possible- yet my Fiancé and I found ourselves in this position. Alex McDaniel did a great job helping me out with my apartment hunting in San Antonio. Before my trip to SA, he talked me over phone with regards to my needs and budget. After our conversation, he generated over 20 choices for me to look at, from which i selected 4 as my top preferences. He called every single one of them for me to gather more information. On the day of my visit, he is very knowledgable and informed me about the commonalities among different complexes as well as notified me specific features which is actually unique to each apartments. He's also knowledgable about discounts, which I greatly appreciate. We visited 5 different complexes within 3 hours and I made my final decision in the same day.
